Service access

You need a valid account and must keep your sign-in credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse-engineer the dashboard, excessively scrape our APIs, or abuse the tracking limits.

Output accuracy

LLM answer engines change constantly. We do not guarantee 100% precision in ranking or sentiment scores.

Using the service

  • You must provide accurate account information and maintain your subscription.
  • You may use the reports for your own business or agency clients, but you may not resell direct access to our platform.
  • We may suspend access if usage threatens platform stability or violates these terms.

Accounts and billing

  • Paid plans and subscriptions renew automatically according to the terms shown at checkout.
  • Keyword limits and tracking frequencies are governed by your selected tier.
  • You are responsible for payment accuracy, taxes, and keeping billing information current.

Service limitations

Because AI models (like ChatGPT and Perplexity) frequently update their training data and query logic, our visibility metrics are estimates based on sampling. We do not guarantee that adopting our recommendations will yield specific financial or ranking results.

Platform availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Visibility Tracker is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime.
