We want billing to be predictable. When something goes wrong, we review the account history and dashboard activity before approving a refund or account credit.

Billing mistakes

Duplicate charges or accidental renewals reported quickly are reviewed first.

Technical failures

If tracking APIs are completely down due to a verified platform issue, we review account credits.

Usage already consumed

We do not refund subscription periods that have already actively tracked keywords.

When refunds may be available

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • A renewal happened unexpectedly and you contact us promptly without tracking new data after renewal.
  • A verified platform-side failure prevented reasonable use of the dashboard for an extended period.

When refunds are usually not available

  • You changed your mind after configuring tracking links and viewing reports.
  • You are unhappy with your brand's actual AI visibility score or sentiment.
  • The issue results from third-party LLM API limits or network issues outside our control.

How to request a review

Include the account email, order identifier, approximate charge date, and a short description of the issue.
